Jim, Todd, and Eddie formed the Hill City Fellowship of the Arts in January of 2026 and currently serve as the interim board while the HCFA establishes itself as an opportunity maker in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Our 2026 priority is the launch or our primary ensemble. Our 2027 priority will be to establish the permanent governance of the HCFA.
